Apple Spice Events have the expertise to assist with every type of business event, whether it is a conference, sales meeting, AGM’s, product launch or board meeting we can offer our knowledge and experience.

Business events require attention to detail and there are some considerations to think about;

    * Is the venue conveniently located for all attending delegates ?

    * Do you require a venue that can cater for all types of delegates, e.g.   
       Disabled Access.

    * How do you want your specific space to look, do you have a certain room 
       layout you require, is natural daylight and air conditioning a must, will you 
       need additional space like syndicates, will you require a registration desk ?

    * Is the venue within budget ? Are there any potential further cost 
       implications ? e.g. minimum numbers, cancellation fees.

Believe it or not Business Events also have a ‘peak’ season, where suppliers will be at their busiest, therefore you need to plan well in advance. Book the venue, audio visual equipment, speakers, entertainers etc as soon as possible to avoid any stress closer to the day.
