You tell us what your event brief and budget is and we can discuss it in detail to find you the most relevant venue for your event. We will contact the venues and negotiate the best possible rates on your behalf.
We will then prepare a detailed proposal of possible suitable venues with their costings to reflect your objectives and requirements for your perusal for you to decide upon. We expect to give this information to you within 24 hours of your enquiry (48 hours if International).
Apple Spice Events will upon your instruction hold provisional space and organise site visits of the venues under your consideration.
Finally once you are ready we will confirm in writing with the venue. We can if you wish continue to liase with the venue your final arrangements and requirements. (final numbers, rooming lists, menu choices etc)
This service is completely FREE to our customers. Apple Spice Events negotiate a commission fee with the venue for recommending and exposing their services.
